This 1960's Fender "Duo-Stang" is a really sweet piece! No major aesthetic or functional issues. Show and studio ready! The Mustang neck is dated July 16th 1967, while the Duo-Sonic II body dates to 1965. All parts and electronics are original with the exception of the bridge saddles. There is a very small chip on the top nut where the G string sits, but does not affect the playability of the instrument. It appears that it was originally refinished from Olympic White to a sort of Candy Apple Red and then at some point (possibly in the 70's judging by the checking in the finish) refinished back to Olympic White. Overall, this guitar sounds and plays fantastic. Weight: 7.02 lbs. Will ship in a padded gig bag. No OHSC.
